Wagons and rafts?

Two related questions:

1) Can wagons carry portions of rafts inside them? (So if I want to travel by wagon to somewhere across a river, would I be able to make a raft ahead of time and carry it around as needed, or just build one at the river and abandon it?)

2) I know rafts carry wagons, but can they carry the wagon/bull pulling it as one, or do you have to load them and take them across separately?
