Killing other peoples animals

Is it possible to kill other peoples animals? if so how? is it possible for people to shoot over your wall and kill your animals?

Thats quite strange because, you can only butcher it.
It seems you can't shoot them.

Oh really? I had an issue last world where a newbie was trying to get himself killed and punched one of my cows to death. Perhaps I am incorrect entirely then, I'll go test it.

It seems you are 100% correct, you cannot engage animals in combat at melee or range. I'll edit my statement. My apologies for the misinformation.

It is a good thing it works like this though. Butchering all high q animals in someones village is among the worst things you can do to them, so it shouldn't be too easy.

I believe you can butcher the animal still if you can get to it, though I'm not sure what kind of criminal scent it would leave. Possibly vandalism?

It is a good thing it works like this though. Butchering all high q animals in someones village is among the worst things you can do to them, so it shouldn't be too easy.
