When i want mining i have info: "The rock is slighty to hard for you to mine."
What i nd to do to start mining? How many str i nd with stone axe to mine?

Type of tool doesnt matter for anything but speed. You need either a higher quality tool or more strength. Mining Ability = sqrt(Str*Tool Quality). So Str 10*q10 Stone Axe = 10 Mining. 900 Str*q10 Stone Axe = 30 Mining. Improving either will, needless to say, improve your mining ability.

The best thing you can do is go dig in the nearest montain and try to find some better quality stone. Then make the best stone axe possible, it will help you a lot, and you might be able to mine in place you weren't with your old axe.
