Help with the feeder

Hi, I'm new to the forum, I wonder if there is any way to fill the feeder once, without having to be done item by item to feeder

Feeder? As in table or trough or manually eating food? If it's in your inventory, you have to right click each item and eat it. If it's on a table, you can use your mousewheel to add food or shift click then use the fork to eat each item, which is a good deal faster and more convenient. For the trough, just left click your item to have it in your hand, then shift click the trough too continuously fill it with items in your inventory.
