at the moment im slowly dieing and i don't wanna die because i will lose everything i have worked for , i now have a house and building up to getting yemony to claim my home. How can i get my heath back up and not just my food ? any tips ?

How can you slowy die i wonder? Maybe you walk around bare foot and you get some thorn in your foot which make you slowly loose hp and die? If it is the case just craft some shoes and wear them.

na i just seem tio be slowly losing health and not gaining it which totally sucks and i can't sheer sheep because im not strong enough or good enough to find them

Just randomly losing HP, only things I can think of are Thorn in the Foot, and leeches.

Something must be draining your life.
1) Are you 'Starving' on the food meter?
2) Do you have leeches equipped?
3) Do you have the status effect 'thorn in foot' / Are you wearing shoes of any kind?
4) Have you been gaining CON?
5) Have you changed your belief slider towards Life recently?
6) Have you changed your belief slider towards Barbarism recently?
7) Have you left criminal scents anywhere recently?

How would criminal scents slowly drain life? I know how it might RAPIDLY drain life, but..

Newbie ranger with a sling or bow could be pelting him while he's offline. If the ranger is only slowly breaking his HP, maybe 5 or 7 points every few shots, it'd be a really slow progression.
