Cave ins.

Postby kohg » Mon Feb 28, 2011 8:02 pm

So im really close to building a mine and i was wondering how this cave ins process really works. So basicly, the moment i start to mine on a black tile in the mine, there's a chance for boulders to come falling down on my head?

Also quick question about treplanting, i've just taken a branch from a small tree, it hat a very shitty quality, my question is this, will it improve once it gets bigger? or should i just cut it down right now?

thanks

I am not sure about cave ins but some people say if you mine in this pattern: _|-|_|-|_|- you may avoid cave ins.
Don't cut down that tree it quality will rise after some time when its fully grown.

If you cut down a tree before it's mature, you only get blocks, not logs.
