How much smithing do you need to craft a q10 soldier's sword

would 10 smithing be enough?

You'd need a q10 block of wood, q10 smithing hammer, q10 anvil, 10 smithing, 10 strength, and 2 bars of q10 steel.

we only have q7-13 steel at the time can't make anything better

Better off trading the steel for decent bronze I'd think
