It's all gone, all of it, they even took my bed and boats. I was in the process of making a palisades and they sealed them all off... What do I do?

I had my first place ransacked when I was in the process of just finishing up my last bone glue. They broke all of my cupboards, killed my favorite crops, all my tanning tubs, drying racks... The works.
I tracked them down, made a note of where they lived, moved far away, and started again.

That's pretty much all you can do. Oh, you could also ask a ranger that has nothing better to do to pay them a visit.
That might make you feel a little better.

Rebuild, possibly somewhere else because having dick neighbors is annoying. If you want, hire a ranger to kill them.

They just gunned down my 2 friends. Should I just drown myself and hope for a better new spawn?

Why drown yourself? Just leave. You've got 2 feet and you can build boats or steal one.
