Leave the middle area

There is an inadvisable circle I can't go past. I looked on the map, and the places I can go are all in green, behind the 2nd to last black line. What level do I need to leave into mordor?

That's an old map.

The map you can access is slightly smaller than the whole map because if you walk off the edge it crashes the server, So there are invisible walls that you can't pass.
