Does steel crucible quallity (bricks+cast iron) affects steel quallity? Or just the coal/wrought iron quallity. I know the fuel doesn't if im not mistaken....
Everything I've read mentions that steel quality is affected by fuel quality. Makes sense with real life too. Steel isn't just heated by the fuel, it gets its carbon from the fuel as well.
The quality of the crucible, and everything you put into it, will work to softcap the quality of your final steel product. In my own experience the fuel seems to have the least impact on quality, but I've definitely lost a few points from the starting metal quality if I don't use branches/blocks of similar quality.
