Is the 150-200 Perc*Expl confirmed?

I just found one with 11*10, I thought someone had dropped it but when I right clicked on it I was given the pick option.

I'm pretty sure all dropped foragables are a leaf icon.

This was the first time I had encountered one, so I wasn't sure if they would be like that as well.
