So, while browsing the announcement of world 5, some people were referring to ants and exploiting them. Could someone explain what they are talking about?

You can aggro the ant hill and switch maneuvers to refill instantly your attack/defense meters.

combat with ants during a pvp battle, major boost to bloodlust and oak stance
