what i need to make taning tub? i have carpentry, leather working, boards, watter, and dry leather

that should be enough to do it.. i did it with all that. and without dry leather as well.. your in build menu, then it should be there..

Dry hide you mean?

Other than that: Made a bucket? picked bark? filled said bucket? Other than that, I can't guess what might be needed.

He wants to know what skill he needs for being able to craft a Tanning Tub

it was Leather working in W4 - what is it now?

He said he had leather working already.

OP: Also, as others have noted, you might need to discover a board again, etc. after buying the skill to unlock recipes.
