and i found place for well, but i cant make it, for some reason. What i miss?

Have you discovered all of those objects yet? If you have not then the game will not have the option to build a well yet.
You'll need to produce one of each of those objects and pick them up (Rope, bucket, stone, block, board) before you can build a well.

You missed the fact that there was a major update on the 12th Mar and the way of obtaining the ability to build things and gain LP has completely changed. As Tech points out, you need to discover each item in the recipe first as well as having the skills needed.

You'll need to produce one of each of those objects and pick them up (Rope, bucket, stone, block, board) before you can build a well.

Also, a good rule is to keep things you discover from in your storage in case you die. I'm on an island and I lost my saw. Guess what, I can't use my bones to make a saw. Gotta harvest a rabbit.
