Trespassing

Postby Kodomos » Tue Mar 15, 2011 9:22 pm

I was reading the wikia and it sounds to me like trespassing only allows someone to walk on your property and go into buildings. The going into buildings thing is what's worrying me. I store most of my good items in a house, if a person were to enter the house (in the claim) would it still be considered in the claim and my stuff inside will be safe, or will they have access to everything inside?

They can go inside, but the inside counts as claimed too.

They CAN go inside building with SKILL tresspassing. That means that without skill they can enter your claim when they switch CRIMINAL ACTS ON but they can not use anything what includes doors to house or entrance to cave. If they have skill though they can enter house, peek into chests and enter mineholes or caves. In house they are still considered at claim, so they can again just peek into containers but do not take anything if they dont have skill to steal. But in caves and mineholes, they are not anymore on claims, as the new layered system makes every layer needs its own claim.

Ok, I have a question, if only half the house is claimed, is the stuff thats not in the claim, but in the house, property?

Let me explain, my claim covers my door, so they need trespassing to get in but it doesn't cover the back two rows of the house (yet), could someone take stuff from there without theft.

Apparently there is someone who already has theft in our area, grrrr.
