I wish to kill all animals!

Well, as the title says, I want to kill all kinds of animals. Starting with the fox, ending with the bear! Problem is... in my week or two of playing I haven't fooled around with the combat system (mainly because most of the things worth killing attack you back, and can kill you outright). The combat system is a bit weird for me, but I'll work on that myself. So my main concern lies in skill values. I was reading around the forum a bit, and the wikia, and I like the idea of using Unarmed Combat to kill things. So what skills should I learn (brawling, etc.), and how high should I pump my Unarmed Combat to for each animal(fox, boar, deer, bear)? I also heard strangling was good, so some clarification on that would be awesome. Any information is helpful, thanks!
