What the hell does it do? The wiki offered no meaningful answer, just that I get it from rocks at random. Does it have a latter purpose?

its a curiosity you study it...however its really bad and should only be used to fill space when nothing else is available ( i just drop it on the ground )

and its most definetly on the wiki, good try though.

I never throw anything away that might get buffed later...well, I never throw anything away at all, but that's a personal problem.

If they had an RPG edition where they profiled people whose bags were still full of Elixirs of Minuscule Enhancement they got at level 2 I would so be on there.
