Where's my characters

I just logged on agin (19/3-2011) and my characters are gone!!! I where logged in the last saturday (12/3-2011). So i just wonder if someone have deleted them or they have dissapered in a serveruppdate or something. I want my characters back. At least the one i named Sandria Maxsons. I have got many LP and experians whith that character! So if i dont get that character back i quit my playing!

Everything was deleted. Sorry, your "experians" are all gone.
