i want to ask, why all foxes i found was 4lvl?(hunted about 15-18) and all boars was 7lvl is this is bug or something???

All animals have max levels now but can also be lower levels depending on the civilization levels in the area, based on buildings, villages, and hearthfires. Bears and Deer max out at level 10, Boars at level 7, Foxes at level 4.
