Crafting bugs?

Pumpkin pie and bread - I have discovered flour, pumpkins, pumpkin flesh, pumpkin seeds, but I don't have these items in my craft > cook > bake menus

Glasses and bottles - I have made raw glass and have glass making and wine making but still have no glasses or bottles in my craft menu. Waiting to see if discovering wine in a barrel will unlock it.

Pipe - I have the recipe to make a pipe with two clay of any type, but even if they are in my inventory there is a message that says that I don't have all the ingredients.

For the pumpkins, have you discovered water yet? A silly question, I know, but that may be it.

You need to discover wine, vinegar, or beer to produce bottles in addition to glass.

For some strange reason you need extra materials for crafting. That is a bug and it's being worked on. I forget if you needed tobacco in your inventory or if you needed extra clay. Something like that.

I want to find out if it is a bug so I can report it.
