Aiming Speed

Aiming speed depends on your marksman skill and is capped by your equipment quality (if it's a bow/arrow as far as I know). Does any stat play a role in this? The wiki says nothing about it.

Perception determines your minimum damage when compared against your opponents agility. No stat effects speed.
