So how exactly do you pull an Auroch's hair without getting your pulp stomped out.

Veeeeeeery carefully.

Basically have an escape route (aka. try to find/lure Aurochs near the water with a boat) and pray for luck and no lag spikes. Still very dangerous. Having UA/Melee high enough for your defense to soak the initial hit(-s) helps.

pulled 5 times, they didn't even agro-ed me. Tried to pull hair with my alt from another herd, once i pulled 4 hair 5th auroch agro-ed me, died so fast :)

im doing it at the moment, ive got 5 hairs and it took me 5 alts. all thats left of the 4 is a bloody battlefield :lol:

50 UA and 25 agility with water/boat nearby is a safe bet. Make sure you fence the entire herd in and do your best to get them seperatly. Takes ~2 hits to get through your defense bar and you can just go at them one by one, slinging them after for meat. Gets you a nice pile of cow corpses and hair :3
