After 10hours searching in forest's,my patience is gone.Why i need them?>>>-to build village.Where i need to search,what kind of places,forest's where that damn deers are?Maybe need skills to see that animals?

The amount of time you spend hunting is really irrelevant. The more relevant concern is the type of terrain and amount of novel space you're searching in. It's possible you've just been unlucky and if that's the case, there's no point in rushing it. You can still build your village idol tomorrow or the next day.
