Tanning tub...

Do I have to find leather in order to know how to make a tanning tub?
I killed around a billion bunnies and I have a bunch of their dried leather, I bought leather working and of coruse I knwo what boards are, but I still can't build the tub.
Am I doing somethign wrong? :S

Grab bark off a tree. For a tanning tub, you need:

Three boards (to construct it).
Six buckets of water
One bit of bark
One bit of hide/fur

Make sure the fur/hide has been dried out first.

If you have all this plus leatherworking, then I dunno what the problem is.

I can't get the option in the menu to build it.
That happens when I didnt meet all the components, right? Yet I did, I even have the full bucket of water. :/

did you actually make/gather all the materials?

if you havent made boards yourself you cant build anything that needs them.

I did, heck I build a bunch of things like cupbards and a cart and that kind of things.
But I got a big stock of rabbit leather and I cant seem to have any use for it

Check your skills list. Have you bought animal husbandry?

I did. And I can make ropes.
Is it a weired bug or something? Maybe a design flow because I saw that you had to see the end product before making certain items (tea, for example).

Tanning tubs work fine for everyone else. Not sure why they're giving you so much trouble.
