Loom Quality

What is the formula for loom quality? Is it just everything divided by 4 or does fiber count more? I can not find it listed anywhere.

I don't know the real answer, but this is my observation:

The only case I've ever seen weighting of materials tends to be for "baked" objects. Pies, bricks, smelted bars, etc. In all cases they make up 1/2 the quality base, while the "oven" object makes up 1/4 and the fuel the other 1/4.

Also, I've read that the metal grinder quality is based solely on the metal itself.

So... either loom quality is 100% based on the string or it's spread evenly over all the components.
