When you kill someone

Does it tell you who killed you and can anyone else find out without being a ranger?

When person 1 kills person 2 he will leave scents down what ranger's can use to track the person 1's hearthfire or himself when he is online.

if someone rus you over with a boat or a cart and you die is that still murder? =/

i died by being rammed into with a boat D:, that or they unarm striked my boat till it broke then unarm striked me to death while i drowned, not sure
