The fact that the info in the OP is out of date is good enough reason to unsticky it if it's not going to get updated. I know information warfare is a valid tactic in HnH, but a line needs to be drawn when it's detrimental to the community.

When you max the belief to change, it says you get 3x learning ability. Does this mean that you get 3x more lp from a curio than if it was just at 100%?

Yes, your "learning ability" affects the LP gain of all curiosities, and discoveries. At full Peaceful and full Change, your learning ability becomes 360%, multiplying the LP gain from all curios and discoveries by 3.6. This number can be increased even further by drinking tea, or wearing a Pearl Necklace.

Learning ability does not, however, affect the Authority gain for your village.
