Land ownership signs

In the land ownership signs, there are boxes that I believe allow theft, tresspassing, and murder. If you have those checked, that means that they can do those things on your land right?

Also, if they are allowed, will they still leave a scent for doing so? Like a boobie trap so if they steal your stuff that you are letting them steal, you can find and kill them.

It's theft, trespassing, and vandalism. Nothing allows murder.

The trap would be if you allowed them to do something summonable, like destroy some items in attempt to move them, and revoked the privilege and they had criminal acts on and didn't realize you revoked it.
