Are non-dryed palisades easy to destroy?

Postby Bugssy » Fri Apr 01, 2011 8:51 am

We've been having a swarm of looters coming by lately, but have enough resources to build a few palisades.

I know that once you build it, it takes 12 hours to dry. During this period, is it easy to destroy the corner post?

Seriously though, cover it with a claim. If someone gets there just as it dries they can "seal" it and prevent you from building off it. Takes 10 seconds and "destroys" the usability of that post entirely.

More serious though: build it and set an alarm clock, so that you'll be there 11 hours and 59 minutes later.

Claim won't help against someone with vandalism.
