So what objects would yield the best amount of bonus FEPs+hunger reduction?

The ones that use silver, gold and silk are generally the best,

Also, make sure to use a lot of different types of objects as you get diminishing returns for multiple of the same item.

You can't stack items at all. If you have two cups, even if they're different types of cups, it will only apply one cup at a time. Once the first one is completely destroyed, then it will start to use the second cup. There are exceptions to this rule -- but my body is sore and my brain is fried, so I can't be bothered to check at the moment.

Remember that items decay based on the material that they were made with. Flower and silk items decay the fastest while hard metal items decay the slowest. It's generally best to use hard metal and bone objects (also with a few exceptions) to decorate the table. Always have a silk napkin and silk tablecloth. Use the wiki.

Let's see:

Gold Bell
Gold Plate
Porcelain Plate
Cake Knife
Metal Sauciere
Silver Cutlery
Silk Cloth
Silk Napkin

I think that's what I used primarily in W3. I do know that some of us did not even use the silk clothes or napkins and replaced then with ultra HQ poppy garlands and something else I cannot recall. Except poppy garlands suck balls because they decay so fast.

I have never run into this happening. I happily using multiple plate and utensils with every meal and it all seems to work at once for me.

It appears I am mistaken then. I swear that my cups were not stacking before.
