Changing Food Charts

Hey everyone. There's a lot of exciting new changes in the game now, including new stats called Dexterity and Psyche. Has anyone figured out what foods give FEP for these stats? In addition, has anyone tackled the vagaries of the quality system in regards to FEP? This is as good a thread as any to discuss the changes to the game concerning food.

chantrelles give one of the new stats. not sure which. as far as quality goes it seems that something that is 10 quality gives 1 fep, while things is the 20s give 2, 30s give 3, etc. not sure how this works for sausages and such, i've only done roasted boar meat.
