Exit a Palisade

So I was caught just outside my palisades removing a tree stump with my key on me. I know I know.
I thought they may have a look around and feel sorry for me and leave the key in a container. So i waited about 10 min and logged on with my GF's toon .... they were still there and she is dead.
Now I am in trouble in and out of game. I waited a little longer and logged in with my alt.
The door is locked Is there any way to get out of what use to be my palisades?

I did not bother to ask for help as we have nothing over q25 in the whole place, so no real payment and there was no real drama.
I was removing a stump, looked away and then black cape, sword, glasses and dead.
The palisades was the first thing we built really. so if she can get out let me know thanks. I would like for us both to not have to start from scratch.
