i was wondering how i get health and what happens if i die and is there a way i can go hunting but not loose my house sorry for my bad spelling and that

You'll regain SHP as long as you're not Starving or Very Hungry. You'll regain HHP if you're wearing a fresh bandage or potentially if you have leeches on. If you die, you're dead forever. Start a new character and inherit a portion of your old characters stats and skills in the character generation room. The best way to not lose your house is to claim the land you're on with yeomanry and to build a palisade.

In the character creation room you'll see a runestone. click that to inherit.

Its quite common in my experience especially in the beginning.

Especially with murdering wildlife. I think I died two or three times starting out back when the wildlife was tame and would just knock you out.

You'll never have to worry about wildlife if you pay attention where you're walking. The screen gives much better view.
