How do you use enders?

Do I have to put what I download in a folder or what? Because whenever I try to run it on it's own the black command box apears for a second, then nothing happens.

The file should be a zipped folder. Extract the entire folder to a convenient location, go into it and use the run program. If that doesn't work, you might have the wrong version (32x and 64x are for different operating systems).
