Pepper

The wiki says it gives a whoopin' +50% FEP bonus on any food it is used on. Is that true or is that information outdated?

Also, does +50% mean, for instance q10 chicken meat 1.5 FEP rather than 1 FEP?

It's based on q10, so if you can get q40, the bonus is 100%, etc. Also remember the bit about grinding the pepper: quern halves the quality but only needs half the dried peppercorns. Also, if you put your pepper in a shaker, it averages the quality.

And that's correct. Feasting provides a bonus based on the new FEP value if I've paid attention to the numbers correctly.

When you say feasting applies bonus

Let's say my table gives +10% FEP bonus and my food gives 50 FEP and q10 pepper.

So it's gonna be (50*1.1) * 1.5 = 82.5?
and not a *1.6 factor?

I believe you have to put the pepper on the actual food. So it would apply the 50%, then the 10%.
