Any actual Update from yesterday?

Havent been able to get on since yesterday when it kinda went haywire. I have seriously now read every single thread posted in the last day and not heard one word about what is really going on? Any mod's have any information at all? Are we going to w6? Is the server fried? Any information would be cool. Any information.

If there were information it would be posted on the forums. Likely that the server simply crashed and jorftar hasn't gotten around to rebooting it yet. I'm not sure about the login issues people were experiencing yesterday, but as of right now we've got no reason to assume they're connected.

Servers crash, it happens. When there's two people running the servers, crashes are worse and the server tends to stay down longer. That's just one risk you take with the small games like this, compared to, say, WoW which likely has downtime measured in seconds. But, the good news is that nothing will happen. Server is frozen, and any curios or drying palisades or livestock won't degrade while waiting.

And ultimately, let's be fair here. You get what you pay for.

usually game is u in half an hour if they are working on it. so making up infoposts would just slow down process for restart

It has been several hours at this point, though right? So a little blurb really wouldnt slow down the process.

At least 12 hours. I woke up a bit after noon, and it's midnight now, been down the whole time. Probably longer, and was down before noon that I don't know about. (Central time -6:00)

Please write anything server related into the according announcement thread. The devs are probably simply not there to restart the server. God knows what they are doing.
