Does anybody have tips for when you have 11 HHP as a newbie?

erm, either wrap yourself in bubblewrap and hide in a cupboard.

or avoiding forest and animals as much as possible, fish for some con food,

failing all that, try to find a neighbour who could spare a gauze

Eating food will raise your HHP a slight bit if you try to keep it in the "full" bar.

It's no problem anymore. I found a swamp. Already gained 3 HHP by leeches .

be care ful they dont drain all your shp, its why i left them off my list while your hhp is so low

Nah, it's useful. I already have 32 HHP in like 10 minutes. And I make sure I'm full so I regain SHP fast.

Raising con only increase max HHP, it doesn't provide any current HHP, so eating to heal isn't going to do any good. However, you won't regain SHP if you're very hungry.

I am pretty sure that when you get a CON lvl up you get HHP as well as an increased max
