Ok, when an enemy is running does the amount that the red attack bar is filled effect the accuracy of the attack? Or when a boar is running can I keep punching him without recharging the bar.

When someone run or a boar, he now have no def thats mean you will hit at each punch !

full attack meter = more dmg

That is incorrect. When they are running, even with a completely empty attack bar you do full damage. His defensive weight = 0. Therefore, your attack weight will Always breaks through at 100% and does 100% damage.

yah I was talking when the boar not run the meter = more dmg
