I just owned land and I need to know

Lets say I have trees on my claimed land. Can people that are allowed to trespass and steal (friends) chop down trees on it?

Chopping down trees is vandalism. Theft lets them take seeds, leaves, branches, and bark. Trespassing lets them walk next to the trees.

That is correct sir. You own everything on your land regardless of who made it or when. Even if it was world gen at the start of the server.

Ok now what about scents? Lets say you own land that streaches over water. I know you are able to pass it by boat without trespassing or anything, but does it leave a scent?

And since we are on the topic of land, I should bring up animals. I heard that they do not spawn on personal claims, but they can spawn in village claims. Is this true and what are important things that I should know about village claims?

This is true, they will spawn in village claims but not on personal claims. Village claims can only be constructed once you have Lawspeaking (20k lp) and lit by paying 30k lp (Can be divided amongst multiple people). You expand village claims with banners and statues, only constructed objects. As opposed to personal claims which are expanded via paying lp.

I also read on the sticky (which is most likely outdated) that you can claim multiple land. I sthis true at all?
