unless you can find a neighbour who knows, you will have to do some good exploring around your land, taking note of the shape of swamps mudflats, and their position relevent to your camp, and other landmarks, then use whichever map you choose, i'll edit a link to algeraliths in a minute, and just comb your way through the world, until you see your landmarks that you have noted previously.

unless you are really lucky, be prepared for a lot of searching, but its usually worth it, in terms of trade, defences, alliances, and so on.

that should be everything you need, happy hunting.

also in the case you do not find yourself even after combing every grid for hours, there are to things that may have happened.
1. the map has not been updated with your home.
2. your house is in one of the unmapped screens, in this case, expand your exploring so you have a larger area to look for, then find where you should be, though its blank on the map

Let us reflect upon the good he was able to do during his short time in the hearthlands.
Let us remind ourselves of his bravery and willingness to fight for the safety of his friends!
Let us hope he can surpass his previous achievements in his future lives.
