WWW quality

I've been trying to get the legendary orange root from WWW's but never had any luck, even after countless tires. The usual quality WWW's I get are around 10-25, do I get better seeds from higher quality WWW's?

WWW Q is forage quality (soil hard cap, survival soft cap). Drying them on a herb table soft caps them again based on the herb table Q. I've never thought about it before, but drying racks probably act as a Q0 herb table for capping purposes.

Some people can't find one thing, others can't find another. I can't seem to find any poppy seeds. :(
