Question about being de-claimed and LP

short question:

I know declaiming ones personal area voluntarily reimburses all the invested LP, but I wondered if one gets back all invested LP too if one is de-claimed involuntarily by a hostile village. I assumed there'd be no difference, but I'd rather consult the wisdom of the forum elders to be sure instead of being sorry Can someone tell with certainty?

Yes it is refunded fully. Had a guy in my village whose claim was over the well and the lawspeaker didn't want to use criminal acts every time he wanted a bucket of water before the guy logged back in. He nuked the claim and the claimee got all the LP back.
