About how high should I raise my int?

Right now it is 32 and the highest of all my stats, coming in second is my con which is 15. Should I keep raising INT or raise my other things?

Keep raising int. When you can fill up all of your attention slots with ease daily, then stop raising int.

Your intelligence should be at 60-70, so you can stop worrying about mental capacity.
However, the longer you neglect the other stats, the longer it will take to raise them later.
IIRC, I rushed INT to about 40 before giving the other stats more consideration.
