Digging on Claims

Postby trondaron » Fri Apr 15, 2011 5:49 pm

Which skill allows me to dig ball clay from a village claim (that is not mine)? Vandalism or Trespassing?

Also what sort of thoughts do all you have in regards to me rowing through someone's claim area and digging up some clay? Fair game, should I expect to be hunted/killed? Curious about the community's views on this.

If no one was at the claim was the standard way of contacting that person?

Vandalism.

You will be hunted and killed.

Leave a runestone.

Short and concise, thanks!
What sort of thing on the runestone, I know "Hey I'd like to take/trade for some of your clay" but what do I leave so they can contact me?

Should I move my HF outside the village and put the HS on the runestone? Leave the address of our village's web forum?

leave your forum name, ask for a pm, or move your hearthfire inside a house and leave a hs, or leave the address of your forum, if anyone can register there and leave you a message.

Request a PM with your forum name or leave a HS for an alt with a HF a good distance away from your claim. (This is to prevent anyone spamming alts onto your claim.)

Or you could just hang out all day and wait for someone to log in.

our village set up a generic gmail account, if find someone we're looking to trade with, we leave a runestone with that on it at the village gates
