Does metal make everything ceramic makes too or do they have a seperate sausage list?

Devs appear to have stated that at some point each will have a separate list and you'll need both types to make all sausages. Ceramic is actually harder to make than a metal one. Either way this hasn't been implemented yet and doesn't seem to be coming anytime soon.
