stats, FEP, and personal beliefs

Lets say you have 100 intel and it is your highest stat. Would that mean that you must get 100 FEP points in total to level up any other stat?

Also lets say you get full civilization so your intel is boosted to 130, would that change the requirement to needing 130 also or would it stay at 100 because that is your unboosted intel?

yes, you'd need 100 fep, which of course could be reduced by eating a diverse diet.

it would stay at 100, fep is not effected by personal beliefs.

It's a common misconception.

Would this also work with similar foods, IE blueberries and blueberry pie?

That's because the information is still posted around like it was fact. :( I think the wiki finally got the correct, unambiguous information added. (I could be wrong if newbies are still asking, though. Some of the pages may be wrong.)
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

I rewrote the FEP page a while back to make it less ambiguous. But you're assuming noobies read the wiki, because they really don't on average. Playing the game without the manual and all that. Also note, while my examples are clear, they're wordy. People new to the game probably don't care about every nuance that I want to explain, and would rather go by "what my friend said" than read 2 paragraphs about the subject.

I'm thinking of making a short and simple version of the page in bullets at the top, and leaving the details to the explanation below for anyone who wants to read them.
