Quern not working,

I've been trying to use my malted wheat with my quern and it's not working? Am I doing something wrong?

By use do you mean you have the recipe for it? For making grist that is.

you get the recipe from discovering malted wheat, i.e. taking it out of the kiln.

right click quern to "use" it

then go to crafting menu, cooking, ingredients, grist, press craft button
