Postby milonti » Sat Apr 23, 2011 8:41 pm

So i keep trying to pave on some ground i pplowed out of a thicket, and i get the message "Not enough clearance"

How do I get that to go away? I want to clear out the thicket T_T

You can't pave near any where you can't pave. This means cave walls, water, and thickets. To fix your problem clear an addition 2 (maybe 3?) squares out in either direction.

Seems unlikely ... but if you like to explain better what your doing ... screenshot it.

... maybe un-plowed thicket count as water ... more plowing fun/needed ... :)

Your problem is most likely that you haven't plowed the thicket away somewhere near where ur trying to pave. Some tiles of thicket dont have the grass on them, but are still considered thicket so you have to be sure to plow away every square that is on the white part of your map. And yah, it takes about 3-4 squares of distance from other thicket to be able to pave it.
