Before bed, since tea buff carries across sessions and will thus apply to all items that finish studying while you're logged off. Getting tea buff while online can be tricky, you need either a TON of tea or a table to keep track of when exactly each of your curios will finish.

better to drink water and eat food imo, if you're thinking about tea for its stam recovery

Keep some made up. About 10 minutes before you log off, drink up. You get the +% to your learning ability when you log back in and added to all the curios completed at that time.

Ye i know but i don't know why i just don't use the tea buff, i'm just too lazy to wait for the full buff. I'll rather drink a glass of wine and pop few more curios before going to bed, but you can probably do both, sound disgusting though, wine and tea mix miami...

You can have both buffs up at once. In fact, you can have a tobacco, wine, tea, and hemp buff all at the same time. (Am I forgetting any?)
