Taming - Personal Beliefs?

Do you think it's important to have a personal beliefs value higher than another one to tame a beast?
I mean , more Martial than Peaceful?
Or more Barbarism than Civilization?

Nope, with proper taming techniques and some good armor you should be fine. Someone can probably link the really good taming thread.
